PPLLC’s mission is to empower physicians in providing the best possible patient care by bringing together the resources of academic and community physicians.

We provide a strong physician voice in determining how care is delivered, both in terms of what it looks like clinically and how it is supported administratively and financially.
Through a balanced and equitable governance model, we strive to blend community and tertiary care in a system where differentiation between the two is transformed from a stark line to a smooth flow between different parts of the system.
Our robust population health services program ensures that members can operate independently, yet receive all of the patient care benefits that a large health care system can provide: skilled nursing staff, pharmacists and quality specialists.
Providers think of us as the IPA of choice in Eastern Massachusetts, and we are proud of our high provider satisfaction and the improvement in patient care that our network supports.
